Once complete, the property will feature 140 units spread across an expansive, neighborhood-like setting. Nautilus is acquiring the property off-market, directly with the project’s developer.  

Nautilus Acquires Sandstone Pointe Townhomes in Kansas City MSA

Green Bay, Wis. (August 25, 2025) - Nautilus Real Estate Investments is proud to announce its acquisition of Sandstone Pointe Townhomes, a newly developed multifamily property in Bonner Springs, Kansas (Kansas City MSA). Once complete, the property will feature 140 units spread across an expansive, neighborhood-like setting. Nautilus is acquiring the property off-market, directly with the project’s developer.  

Sandstone Pointe offers spacious, 1,557-square-foot townhome units, each featuring three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and an attached garage. Interior finishes include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, tile backsplashes, and electric fireplaces. Community amenities such as walking trails, a dog park, and guest parking foster a true neighborhood feel for residents.

The property is located in a growing part of the Kansas City MSA, zoned to a well-rated school district, and situated with easy access throughout the metro. According to the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, the Kansas City MSA has seen 12% population growth since 2010 and was named a top 10 hottest housing market in 2025 by Zillow.
